Lotte Plaza Retail Marketing Design System
Lotte Plaza Retail Marketing Design System is a collection of customer-facing promotional design work created across digital, print, and in-store retail touchpoints. The project includes Monthly Picks campaigns, seasonal event posters, end cap displays, produce and seafood signage, and brand collaboration promotions designed for Lotte Plaza Market’s diverse customer base. Monthly Picks campaigns were updated on the website’s Special Deals page and, in some stores, printed as A4 promotional materials for customers near the entrance. These designs focused on presenting curated product selections, pricing, and category-based promotions clearly for both online viewing and in-store distribution. I also created in-store marketing assets such as end cap signs, produce and seafood signage, and seasonal event posters to support customer navigation, highlight featured products, and increase promotion visibility within the store environment. These materials were designed to be practical, readable, and visually engaging in real retail settings. The project also included brand collaboration campaigns with Otoki and Pulmuone, where posters, website graphics, thumbnails, and in-store monitor designs were adapted for different customer touchpoints. Together, this project demonstrates my ability to design flexible retail marketing materials across multiple formats while organizing promotional information clearly and consistently across digital and physical store environments.
