Lotte Plaza Market Digital Experience
As part of the Lotte Plaza Market Design Team, I led the design direction for the website redesign, consolidating team feedback and coordinating closely with the IT Center at Retail & Insight, Inc. throughout the development process. The project focused on creating a clearer, more visually engaging platform that communicates promotions and store information effectively while improving overall usability. My role included developing high-fidelity Figma mockups, providing UI/UX feedback on proposed layouts, refining content organization, and translating internal feedback into clear design direction for developers. Through an iterative review process, I helped maintain consistency across the website’s visual design, messaging, and overall brand presentation. Following launch, I continued to manage the website through daily content updates, troubleshooting, and the integration of weekly promotional campaigns and event announcements. According to Google Analytics data collected over a 28-day period post-launch, the redesigned platform achieved a 1,700% increase in active users and 3,400% growth in new users, along with an 89.7% engagement rate—significantly exceeding industry benchmarks for food and grocery retailers. The redesign transformed the website into a more effective communication tool and strengthened the brand’s connection with its online audience.
