Lotte Plaza Weekly Sales Campaigns

Lotte Plaza Market’s weekly flyers are one of the company’s main customer-facing marketing materials, used to communicate sale items, seasonal promotions, store information, and product highlights across both digital and print channels. This project involved supporting the weekly production of 11 regional flyer editions, including Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Indian market versions across Florida, New Jersey, and MD/VA. My role focused on organizing product sales lists in the required order, checking for errors, updating new item images, and making sure each product, price, label, and promotional detail was placed correctly within the flyer layout. I also edited and retouched product images when needed, adjusted flyer content, and helped maintain consistency across each regional version. In addition to production updates, I also contributed to design work within the flyers across multiple regional editions. This included creating and adjusting special promotion sections, organizing product groupings, editing promotional visuals, and refining layout details to fit each flyer’s existing structure. These updates helped maintain clear information hierarchy, visual consistency, and an engaging presentation across different markets and language versions. Because each flyer contained a large amount of product information, the process required strong attention to detail, clear hierarchy, accurate product placement, and efficient weekly turnaround. Together, the project demonstrates my ability to manage high-volume retail marketing materials, organize complex information clearly, and support a consistent campaign system across multiple languages, markets, and customer touchpoints.
